Very user-friendly, reliable & dependable

It's very easy to use and has many useful features which makes it easier than any other software I have used in the past. The customer support team are always helpful and friendly when we need assistance or advice about how to best utilize this tool. There isn't anything that I dislike about this program but if there was then maybe they could improve upon it. This is an excellent platform to help manage and keep track of all my samples as well as being able to scan them into the system so I…

  • I like all the great features that this software has to offer along with the ease of use!
Cons
  • The software could be improved by adding the ability to have the ability to make a copy of a scan instead of the software only allowing you to make a duplicate and not save it on the cloud

All features seem to function flawlessly and smoothly

I like that it's easy enough so we don't have issues keeping track at all times but also allows us room if there are any questions about how things work in general or specific products as well! Sometimes when new people start working here they find out some specifics need clarification which could be helpful - sometimes too much information though :P There isn’t really anything bad yet just minor problems/annoyances (mainly having multiple accounts set ups) however this has nothing directly…

Best system for taking payments: TracksRacks

It is very easy to use! The customer support team is amazing as well!! I don't have anything that I dislike about this software, it's absolutely perfect! There's nothing else out there like this, so we are extremely happy with this program! We haven't had any issues with this program yet at all. I would really recommend going into demo mode first, because then when someone comes in they're already familiar with how everything works and what buttons do what!! You can also get training videos…
