So many great uses, I use them for soccer practice and we never train without them. Great for building footwork and blast.

They are made of durable plastic which makes them portable and easy to use. The tote bag seems to be well made and offers extra space. The rings are larger than I expected and will be a good help in agility training.

I use them on hooks around the house as gates for lighted FPV drone micro races. They work very well considering they weren't built for that, but some of them were slightly warped hence 4 stars out of 5. Good flexible hard plastic. I don't expect the tote bags to last - they're cheaply made.

I bought this set of kick rings for boxing and they work very well for that purpose. I'm taking off a star because they are very difficult to assemble and disassemble with the connectors that come with them. Plus, they're a great price for what they have, and the carrying case is easy to carry and store.
