I like that it's easy to use for small businesses as well! It is very user friendly in terms of scheduling tasks / jobs etc so there isn't much training required at all when implementing this system into your business (apart from actually using traffico!). I love that we can see where our drivers are at any time by using the app or website. It also has an awesome feature to help locate your drivers in case they get lost during their route. The customer service is terrible! They won't even talk to you when calling them about problems. There's nothing else for me to say other than this is awful.
