Review on Traffio by Jerry Delic

I love that we can see where our drivers are at any time by using the app or website. It also has an awesome feature to help locate your drivers in case they get lost during their route. The customer service is terrible! They won't even talk to you when calling them about problems. There's nothing else for me to say other than this is awful. We were able to track all of our trucks easily and now if one gets stuck somewhere along there way it helps us find out what happened so we know how best to handle it from then on.
