As you can see from the photos some of the straps are sewn so poorly that they tear when tightened. Others seem fine. The cover feels very strong and waterproof, but without strong straps, the elastic on the edge of the cover slips across the top of the boat. We need to sew our own straps to make this work. Didn't know straps were like that until the case was on the boat.

This boat cover is made of durable material and serves its purpose perfectly. Unfortunately, the ribbons woven into the fabric are very cheap and flimsy. I snapped 5 straps without over tightening them. If you buy this product, be careful. I bought some zip ties to wrap the case around the boat where the original straps wouldn't work. When we received the package it was in a black net in the Revain box. That's what I was expecting, but the case was crumpled and someone put plastic zip ties on it to try and secure it to fit the black mesh. My best guess was that it was a refund (someone other than us) and then they tried to pawn it on us. But we tried and tried to figure it out (because it was a crumpled mess, not folded like new) and somehow prevailed. We declined and will try tomorrow. But it doesn't fit the boat properly…
