Excellent for cooking The insides of pans have ugly stains that cannot be removed even by cleaning. It looks like you're using a dirty pan, which to my knowledge isn't the case. Too new to really assess durability looks like they should last.

I love these. A selling point is that they are made in the western hemisphere. Seals well, folds well and washes well. If I get a trace of something that doesn't rub off easily, a little diluted vinegar and a brush or sponge will take care of it.

Bought this product for the second time because the product arrived with a defect the first time. To my disappointment, the second delivery of the goods also turned out to be defective. The glass lids are completely broken inside and I couldn't even open the box all the way and the glass cut my finger. Very very bad packaging and shipping.

Advantages: even heating, solid construction, good quality. Cons: Handles on pans and lids seem to heat up just as quickly as the pans themselves. I had to buy cases for the handles to be able to use them at all. Also, small pots aren't very useful without long one-handed handles, which I didn't realize until I tried pouring from one through the strainer. The pots are discolouring, although not terribly. I didn't buy them through Revain.
