My mom couldn't find her lamp in the dark so reaching with her hand usually ended up knocking it over. She is so happy to just clap and the lamp comes on. Surprised they still made the clapper and so happy I was able to find a solution for my mom.

I don't care how silly these seem. I love my clapper. In my old place, my room was much bigger and so my floor lamp was always far away from my bed. I am, admittedly, an extremely lazy person. so maybe you won't mind hopping out of bed to turn your light off before crawling back into it. but why live that way?
