it goes and goes and goes.

Seems cheap at first glance, but overall not bad. I had one and have been using it for over a year and just came here to buy another one because I love it so much. it selects multiple stations on all bands. has a pleasant bass tone, very useful for conversations on the radio.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Attracts some weak FM stations.

Just a good radio for work at home not for high fidelity listening, FM reception was better than I expected. AM band is ok. This thing has more stable reception than my $500 Bose radio. I am in a poor reception area due to the altitude between me and the transmitters.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Almost never

Excellent analogue portable radio AM/FM/SW.

This is a great radio. Has great sensitivity. The sound is amazing at all volumes and it's really loud when you want it. I love the fact that it has a true analog tuner. The only minor gripe I have is that the selectivity is a little low, but this is a trade-off in favor of sensitivity. I will order more for the whole family. A+++

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Big and chunky

arrived broken into pieces

I think I could/should post pictures but I'm too annoyed to even look at them. The handle was completely torn. handles are missing. Plastic splinters everywhere. Parts of the radio rattle inside. Didn't even bother to plug it in. complete failure. Sadly I have to say. I wish I could send it back, but why would I send it back? Why should I waste time sending this junk back? So I eat the prize and move on.

Interesting radio best among shortwave radios

This radio has excellent AM reception. It can also receive some shortwave transmissions. The sound quality is loud, acceptable, but not outstanding. This is normal for a portable radio that is used occasionally, but not for a mainstream radio. The sound quality is not very good. This is the second radio I have received. The first had to be returned because. When I received it, the antenna was bent and the shortwave band didn't work. It received the AM broadcast band on the shortwave. But the…

Do not do that! in Portable AV

I have a lot of radios and this thing is by far the cheapest DOO-DOO piece I've seen. There is no lateral pressure on the telescopic antenna, otherwise it will break off. Also, the plastic in the body gives a raw new meaning. In terms of reception, FM is ok, AM isn't so good, the bandwidth is too wide, if you're trying to listen to something close to a strong station, forget it. As for short waves, forget it. FM leaks everywhere, you can't hear anything. I took it apart, and the AM antenna…
