Transitional Navy/Multi Round Rug - Loloi Angela Rose X Blake Collection BLA-07 In 5'-3" X 5'-3 Review

Just unrolled the rug in the intended space and very disappointed. It’s soft, but the color isn’t at all what is reflected online. The taupe/blue looked more beige in our space. The material is more of a carpet, so you’d have to vacuum it a lot for it to look nice (and you’d see vacuum lines). You can see from the photos, it will look very inconsistent when people walk on it because if you push the material one way, it’s darker, then the other is lighter. It’s going back.

This rug is so high quality. To me, it's a little higher pile than it looks in the video, but I'm also looking at it up close. Still, the pastels and light neutrals are beautiful, and I think it's perfect for a nursery or playroom. It would be beautiful in any room though. If you have light blue accents, it will pick up on those tones in the rug (sand/sky is the color I got). Mostly, I'm so pleased with the softness. That seems to be common to this manufacturer. I bought two runners. They are soft and the colors are pretty. That’s were it ends. I laid spare plank wood flooring on top of them to help with getting them to lie flat and laying flush is just not going to happen. It has to do with how they were binded at the corners and they will never lay flat. Also as another mentioned, no fringe which is what I thought was a very appealing touch. As a few other reviews have noted, not all sizes have fringe- and if you follow Angela Rose or saw the many announcements, via reels and other social media, you know that the fringe was a characteristic of these rugs that was definitely touted so it feels a little misleading. Ordered this rug for my bedroom floor. Just had hard wood installed and I wanted to add a little texture and softness to the room. I don't like loud or busy colors, I wanted something subtle.The soft colors of this rug are just what I wanted. It's brown with some very light pinkish and blue tones that look nice together. If you follow AR, she said this line had fringe. Which is why I chose to purchase a Blake. Well the runner does NOT have fringe. The colors are completely off that what is shown online. I’ve had this rug for over a week now, and the corners are still curved up. It’s a pretty rug, but it’s not as good quality rug as I would have hoped.

So this rug is great, it's big (8x10) and fits in my living room perfectly. I didn't know it was kind of "ombre" darker on one half them gradually gets lighter. But its not too noticeable and I kind of like it. I will say that I didn't know that two of edges were fringed. It does look great, it almost looks unfinished.

I ordered this rug to cover the spots where our pups claws have destroyed our aging carpet. It's so soft and the colors are beautiful! The rug is quality, and the corners don't roll up. I'm very happy with the addition to our living room.
