Solid Dropper Great Price

Excellent build quality for the price. I installed the 150mm model on my 21 Rockhopper Elite using a WolfTooth remote. Inflated the post to about 300 psi.

Goes up and down, but.

It goes up and down but not very well. It won't go down if it has too much weight on it, you'll just stretch the cable or loosen it. It doesn't go up all by itself, I have to lift it halfway. It included cables which would have been nice in the description. Update: Downgraded from 3 stars to 2 stars because the seatpost rotates! Round like a bar stool. Not used, will be replaced as soon as possible.

  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Great contribution to the dropper!

Well packaged, no instructions but installation is self-explanatory if your brain is as big as mine. Includes 2 different kegs for different dripper remotes, doesn't fill completely so return was slow. Must be inflated to 280-300psi. Once inflated, the pole fully extended as intended. I ordered 200mm as that was all at the time. This turned out to be too much for my bike. Sold it to a bigger mate and ordered a 150mm dropper. Great contribution for the price.

Great post on seat posts

I bought this to replace my faulty Fox Transfer (update: this post was repaired by Fox under warranty). I went from 150mm to 170mm on transfer and can still slam it in my L YT Jeffsy size. This post feels light or easy and the action is much more consistent and powerful. I reused the transmission lever and it works perfectly. The seat wobbles a bit, but that happens with every seatpost we have (including the Fox Transfer). My only issue with this is that there were no instructions and a switchโ€ฆ

Good product. Unbeatable price.

A few years ago dropper pins were much more expensive and frankly less durable. That cyclists can get these drippers at a fair price is fantastic. The stand was easy to set up, works great on lowering and bringing back, and appears to be well built. I bought a Tranz-X lever and installed it on my Kona Wo fat bike in 20-30 minutes. So far it works great, only criticism. The two seat bracket screws have very steep angles, so trying to turn them is a bit awkward. Both my T-handle and block ofโ€ฆ

Great post for your money!

I bought this dripper because it has the same model number as the one that came with my Diamondback Release 29 2 (TranzX YSP32FL) Tall even in the lowest position, FYI I have a tall bike frame Bought from Diamondback and I'm 6ft not to knit diamond back but it struck me as odd that they included a 170mm dropper with an oversized bike. Anyway, that's why I bought the 31.6/150mm version of this model, the Tranz-X Kitsuma Air (YSP32). Side by side the two posts appear to be identical except theโ€ฆ
