. I don't even know how many pillows I've tried in my years with neck pain but trust me. Nothing has ever helped, most have only gotten worse as long as this pillow. I decided to try again and I'm so glad I did. From the first night my neck got better and continues to improve. I still have pain on one side but after years of barely turning my head I am beyond happy.

I sleep on my side and try to sleep on my back to get rid of chest pain and wrinkles. I ordered an expensive pillow for my home and I really liked it, but I wanted something more affordable for my boyfriend. This seemed to match what I was looking for and it came up when I googled while adjusting to sleeping on my back. This pillow is definitely comfortable and very good, but it doesn't offer lateral support for people who need it to sleep on their back.

Although advertised for travel this pillow is a good full size pillow. The shape and contours are ideal for side and back sleepers. The pillow is very firm and therefore offers excellent support. I like that it doesn't wrinkle after prolonged use like many foam pillows do. Comfort is subjective. I like this product very much. I sleep with him every night, and if I go to bed with any child, I make sure to take him with me. It makes sense. It's on the heavier side compared to the lighter side. This pillow definitely works as it should. I recently had a laminectomy on C5, 6 and 7 and this is the only pillow I can sleep on. It feels like he's holding my neck straight. This doesn't work very well on a very soft mattress as your body weight will push through the mattress and the pillow will remain too high. When I first received the pillow, I had mixed feelings. I was glad to get the memory foam pillow but was disappointed that it was so thin in places (2 inches at its thinnest and 4 inches at its thickest). Pleasantly surprised by the size of this pillow. I don't consider this a true travel pillow, other than that it conveniently folds in half for easy travel, but don't worry, it's a far cry from stupidly uncomfortable little travel pillows that you can't keep your head in. no matter how still you lie on it. We love this pillow for two reasons. My neck hurts (an old injury from a car accident) when using a pillow, but not using it is awkward and uncomfortable. I often try to use my ARM as a pillow
