Got these for me and my daughter and we love them. Moisture stays in all night which is always a plus and the exfoliation isn't too harsh like some other products! I definitely recommend it! The only downside is that it doesn't specify which side is exfoliating and which is moisturizing. After a few tries, we found that the matte side flakes while the glossy side moisturizes. The little tool it comes with also gives it a bit more exfoliation. All in all a great product!

I've only been using this for a week, the first few days my lips were very dry but the scrub helps. Delicious like strawberries. In the scrub, after you've scrubbed your lips for a while, small granules dissolve and, instead of being rinsed off, turn almost into a mask. As long as I like it No complaints, although Burt's Bees is still my favorite lip balm for dry lips.

Mine came with no instructions for use which was cumbersome and downright unprofessional but not really worth checking, just odd. It was the fact that the balm had a dent that looked like a fingernail that brought me here. This means that my purchase, which would have been current and therefore deeply personal, has been opened. Why the hell have I never used anything like this before? That's what I thought as I applied the scrub and used a small textured rubber tool/spatula to massage it into my lips in a circular motion. I knew my lips were very dry but of course there was no noticeable peeling or anything else. Em. I like the thing better that way. It took me several different tries to figure out what technique to use to get it working. I take the scrub and apply it with my finger and then just massage my upper and lower lips. It's okay if you can get it on the outside of your lips. Then I take an unscented baby wipe and wipe it off. Then there's a really good moisturizer on the other side of the scrub, so I apply that. I always do this in the morning before applying makeup/shower and then at night before
