    What is a driver?

I would buy another one if they told how the driver is ILI9341,ILI9388. Without knowing this it's just a BIG waste of time and money

    Touchscreen not working

If the actual touchscreen had worked as advertised it would have received a 5 star rating. However, what I am left with is an overpriced and extremely complex screen. Much easier/cheaper to program other displays that don't have touchscreen capabilities (like this one).

    • New to my collection
    Cons
    • Some difficulties

    Stopped working almost immediately

Uploaded code, saw working display. Changed the code for moving words around the screen. Reloaded and nothing. returned the code to the original previously working code, nothing. I've tried many "example" codes from the mkv library and nothing. the screen seems to have just died. The backlight is still on, but the screen is blank.

Comes without manual, Arduino code sketches etc.

When I connected it to the Arduino DUE and turned it on with the DUE programming cable, it glowed beautifully and looked beautiful. And that's all I've been able to do so far. It came with no documentation, even the chips on the board had no part numbers or manufacturer logos. If I can get in touch with the manufacturer I hope to post further feedback here.

    • Many will do
    Cons
    • Expensive insurance

    Use the MCUFRIEND_kbv library

The display looks nice, fits snugly on the mega board but blocks other pins. With rectangular pins you should be able to bypass this if needed or use cables to connect instead. Install the MCUFRIEND_kbv library to use this board. There is a github repository with source code and instructions, prenticedavid/MCUFRIEND_kbv. You'll also need to install the Adafruit GFX library - install the BusIO dependency when prompted. check if everything works. Uses 29,724 bytes. I haven't tested anything that…

    Pros
    • Good product for the price
    Cons
    • weak

not what I wanted best in single board computers

I need an LCD that doesn't block signals from HDMI and most importantly allows me to use 2 screens at the same time and this LCD doesn't even use HDMI is like spi lcd but somehow you can't use hdmi while it's in use and if you want to use hdmi i have to play around with config files just to use hdmi and if i want to go back to spi i have to go back to the LOTTA- BULLLL smh configuration file which the seller should have mentioned before I wasted my time so I'll post back when the UPS arrives to
