I think the product is diluted because when I bought it locally it worked much better on my hair than when I bought it online. What a disappointment.

I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to hair products and Tresemme is the brand I associate with drugstore quality rather than salon quality. quality product. That being said, this shampoo and conditioner works just as well (if not better) than Redken All Soft for about half the price. I actively abuse my hair (highlights, blow-dry, iron) almost every day. I have tried many different shampoos and conditioners. From expensive to cheap. The thing really works! Smoothes and softens hair! I have very curly, thick hair that I straighten every day and this product makes my hair really shiny and soft! Don't weigh your hair down either!

I have rough, chemically treated hair and I always find it difficult to find a good shampoo for my hair type. I've used Cantu, Garnier, Best in Africa etc and they all either tangled or flaked my hair. Tresemme really surprised me! It felt so good on my scalp during the massage and even afterward my hair was soft and detangled. The smell is wonderful too. Definitely stick with this product for a while.
