Overall a good patient satisfaction tool.

I like that it gives me an overview of what is going well in my facility overall with regards to patient satisfaction & provider feedback (great way getting physician buy-in). It was slow at times requiring multiple taps/clicks per page which can be very frustrating - especially when there are many pages you need reviewed within one day! Also did not see any option where we could upload pictures from our iPads or iPhones directly into the app so as to add visual elements such as photos etc…

  • Great for keeping track
  • Easy access via website, email notifications , iPad App
  • Multiple ways easy inputting data including scanning barcodes.
  • Highly customizable reports available upon request; also good customer service support team if something goes wrong along process chain

  • Slow loading time / too much scrolling required,
  • Too few

Love using TrakCare for Intake and Triage

I love that this tool is easy-to use! It's intuitive with my team members being able to figure it out quickly because of its ease in learning how everything works together. The software also helps me track outcomes as well so we can make adjustments if needed during our visitations or post discharge visits are necessary after hospital stays (i don't think there was an option before). This has improved patient flow by having them complete their intake at home vs waiting till they come into…

  • The ease of using TriageSTAT makes it easy for me to train new team member's on how to use this system and also for patients to see how easy it is to use

  • I wish there was more options to customize our intake forms

So far, great customer service and quick response

I love being able to use one app instead of multiple! It's easy access from my iPhone or iPad so that is really convenient when traveling with it in hand. There are times where there isn't an immediate answer but if you keep checking back within minutes they get back to you! Sometimes things don't always work right away (sometimes takes more than 1 attempt) which can be frustrating at first until you realize this is just how their system works. Great Mobile Patient Database Software for Clinicians

Its not only easy but very handy! I can use it anywhere at anytime if needed as long am in clinic or hospital setting so that i dont have problems of carrying my hard copies everywhere when traveling from one place to another. The UI is nice because its simple enough but still user-friendly with good features like search feature etc., I cant say anything negative about this software just coz everything seems perfect except maybe their pricing could be better than what they are offering…

  • Easy, fast way for me personally (user)to input medical information into patients/hospital visits.
  • Searchable database ability quick look up info without opening apps such word docs; google sheets ect.ect..which may slow down performance compared other solutions available today..and no having trouble downloading them too either...just uploads directly within app itself...fast download times....easy usage once downloaded
