I like that it gives me an overview of what is going well in my facility overall with regards to patient satisfaction & provider feedback (great way getting physician buy-in). It was slow at times requiring multiple taps/clicks per page which can be very frustrating - especially when there are many pages you need reviewed within one day! Also did not see any option where we could upload pictures from our iPads or iPhones directly into the app so as to add visual elements such as photos etc.? That would have been helpful since having lots more info about each survey taker's answers makes sense because they're likely seeing them all together rather than separately by individual responses.-Satisfaction level across 7 surveys conducted over 3 months.
