The color seems pretty accurate and it has been coated with plastic to prevent scratches. I give it 3 stars because they are not all the same size as you can see in my picture. I've superimposed a few pieces to show the incorrect dimensions.

They are so beautiful! Seriously, I almost cried when I got them (my husband laughed at me). Wow those little triangles were an emotional rollercoaster of disappointment and hope. I ordered the gold ones for the dance costume I'm making.
