Light works well. The fan is very loud! This is at the lowest speed. how is it normal Very disappointed and spent money and time installing a fan. Any advice on how to stop the noise level would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone else have this problem?

fan and light are great. The fan is very quiet and efficient. The light is widely adjustable and can be very bright. The hand control works well. The phone app works well. BUT, I bought this model specifically to be controlled with Alexa. "Skill" is NOT connecting to my account. For this reason it only gets one star.

I just unpacked the fan and found that the electronics are not suitable for outdoor use as described in the description. I had high hopes for this fan but I have no plans to go out on my patio. I have to find another fan. My return period has expired. My fault for not unpacking sooner. To update. The fan stopped working after 7 months.

Bought Hunter and Reiga at the same time. After working with customer service, it was discovered that this unit has a defective motherboard. I'm waiting on the board now. I'll have to see if swapping out the motherboard helps. The hunter is also waiting for spare parts. The Reiga is the only one that worked, plus it looks better and has a better remote control.

Bought this ceiling fan in January. It wasn't installed until April because we didn't move in until the end of March and also had to find a 6" downstock which the Trifecte doesn't have. My fan starts, light flashes then resets. Hours spent debugging it. I wrote to support and got a response within a day. They sent me a motherboard that can be replaced by just removing the cover. However, the cap is stupidly difficult to turn and needs the lugs to get the leverage. I had to use a flat head screwdriver to dig into the side and get enough force to pry it out. I'll just list the advantages and disadvantages so that there are no unnecessary words. Advantages: 1. Beautiful fan. Fairly low profile height.2. Quiet fan motor at all speeds, but see cons below.3.
