Does not work on fender flares at 90 degrees to body.

This will not work for fender flares that run 90 degrees to the fender. An example of fender flares for the Jeep Wrangler JK. The manufacturer must take this into account. I put this on my Jeep JK all day (you have to take the fenders off, I have flat fenders) only to then take it off again because the edge closest to the body wouldn't fit. I thought maybe a day in the sun would shed the rubber but it didn't and it looked silly. You really need a T-shaped gasket.

Not enough material to complete the work.

I'm so angry. I bought this product because I saw that it had good reviews. In reviews I've seen a customer say they replaced all four fender flares and had a few feet left. I have a Toyota Tacoma, as does the customer. So I felt that the compressor would be enough for all four wings. Besides, what fraudulent company would sell 25ft compactors when they knew the customer didn't have enough and needed to order more. I was fourteen inches from completing all four wings and had less than an inch…

Works great as a replacement gasket and is much cheaper than Toyota VIBRATION ISOLATION part

Bought this product to replace the fender flares (the strip of rubber that sits between the flare and the body) on my 1998 4runner Limited. I removed the highlights to colorize them. Bought 25 feet which was more than enough to line up torches that needed it. Worked great. You'll have to experiment a bit with how you attach the hem to the flare to get the right angle.
