  • It was easy to get started using this tool
  • It is easy to understand the workflow for each step of the booking process
  • They make the process very transparent and easy to navigate.
Cons
  • The UI may be too complex for users who are not familiar with it.
  • We found that sometimes the request would fail even though it appeared to be valid
