Great Multimode Converter for Networking

This converter worked perfectly for my computers, allowing me to extend the range of my network without any issues. Great Product - Excellent Customer Support

The product works as advertised but even more impressive is Tripp Lite's excellent technical and customer service. One of the media converters stopped working a month or two after purchase. I contacted their online technical support and gave them the details of the problem. Within a day they responded asking for some specific information about the issue and I responded with answers. Next thing I know they will send me a new one without having to ship the defective one back. I was really…
