These things work great. Price was fair and arrived on time

These things work great. The price was fair and arrived on time. They actually arrived a day earlier than expected. Just make sure you don't confuse cables with different connectors.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I don't remember

Good but not as advertised.

I bought 2 of these extenders to connect 2 Sony HD TVs in our house to the HDMI and DisplayPort outputs on our desktop computer in our office. The computer has a Sapphire HD6770 Flex graphics card. Both extensions use 24 AWG Cat5e unshielded solid wire. One run is 50 feet, another 100 feet, and the desired resolution is 720P. The TV 50 feet away works fine, but the TV 100 feet away dropped frames and the picture jerked from time to time and showed full screen videos. The sound was perfect on…

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Everything is fine

The Real Deal: A/V Accessories

We run 1080p straight from a very cheap Blue Ray player to a very cheap projector 30 meters over unshielded high quality dual CAT6 and we don't even need it Power supply that came with this setup. Anyone know how far this setup will go with the PSU? It's really adorable. It's instant success, no tweaking, no tweaking. Just plug in and get started. A technician from one of our local TV stations borrowed it and ordered 30 pieces. It should be remembered that Tripp Lite is the name of quality…

  • There's a lot in there

Good solution for HDMI expansion

I bought 3 of these to reduce the size of the TV to the level of TVs where other players used to be. Works great as a computer monitor extension to other rooms. I deducted a star because one of the suites is no longer working. It lasted 3 years but it actually got to the point where it was prone to every kind of glitches and was driving my computer crazy until it completely stopped working. I did another run at home the same way, 2.5x the length of this one, which still works. I'm writing this…

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • Too long to wait
