This has everything I needed and looks chic. As someone who enjoys writing and mailing letters on quality paper, I use this paper with a print and some twine. This allows me to quickly and easily heat up a few pieces of wax. Very convenient!

Love it! Melting wax in a spoon is much easier than dripping wax like I've done before. The underside of the spoon is of course a little black due to the flame underneath, but that doesn't bother me and doesn't affect the function of the product! Writing letters is a lost art, so enjoy it

I love this boner! It is easy to use and greatly simplifies toolmaking. How do I stamp one. the wax melts the second time. And you just keep going. sequentially. And that's the nice part. The packaging was great. Everything that was described came. I recommend this product if you need to stamp a lot.

I was very excited about this set, but when I opened it the first thing I noticed was that all 3 parts were in different woods, materials and finishes. Second, these are tea lights. They are 1/4 inch shorter than your average candle. I tested the difference with the candles that came with them and the tealights I have at home; The included candle worked great, but the average tealight I had was too big and stained the spoon. I decided to drill the base 1/4" to fit the candles I can usually find

Closing Christmas cards just got a lot easier this year. It takes practice to get the amount of wax needed for optimal melting, and you'll get a small drop of wax down the side of the bowl, causing a bit of a mess when you put it back on the fire, but it's easy to do to clean . After reading all the reviews on it I was concerned that I would get a broken one, that it would catch fire, just break etc. I've used it quite a bit (at the moment I probably made 10-15 wax seals) and LOVE it! I had EXCELLENT packaging and it was completely intact, as in the photo. The underside of the spoon and, over time, the underside of the plate and the surrounding wood will become sooty with use, but this will wear out. The firewood didn't burn. Of all the heating pads, I find this the best of a bad batch. It doesn't generate much heat as the candle is quite a distance from the bottom of the spoon when resting on the melter. Now I use wax pellets and I never get a very thin melt because there is little heat. I land over an open candle flame where I can dip my spoon right into the hottest part of the flame.
