I was advised by the vet to buy this for my small dog. Just put a drop on your finger and try to get it in the back of your mouth so he doesn't lick it off. I bought the peanut butter flavor and my Bichon Havanese loves it. This will help clean his teeth and breath.

I use this gel on my Black Lab molars every night after our last walk of the day. A small drop on the left and one on the right at the back of the mouth. We get compliments from our vet on how clean and healthy a dog's teeth are at his age (7 years old). In the morning after our first walk, I also use the foam of the same brand. It is very easy for me to use and no cleaning is necessary.

My dog likes the taste of peanut butter At first she didn't think she would like it but we moved on, she got used to it and now she wasn't fighting me, to put it in her mouth but we eventually ran out and I bought another one but this time I didn't buy the peanut butter flavor. She really didn't like the non-peanut butter flavor so I bought another peanut butter flavor and she's back to normal, accepting it with no problem and it works wonders for her teeth and breath, no bad breath at all

This product seems to work well. I've used this with hand and hammer liquid you pour in water and it does the same job. I gave 4 instead of 5 because the application process is not user friendly and it's hard to really tell if they got the right amount or the right amount. It's also hard to get it to the top when it's half done. It also dripped onto his paw because it was difficult to apply. It's hard to tell if it's one drop or two drops.
