🍾 Exquisite True Corkatoo: Multicolored Metal Corkscrew for Effortless Opening Review

I was glad to get this as it had better reviews than other pretty corkscrews but as soon as I opened it it fell apart. Even the cockatoo's eyes popped out. Too bad they didn't figure out how to make a fancy, flashy corkscrew for less than $100.

I bought this corkscrew because I love parrots and the corkscrew part of the opener works great. It's solid and well built and I like holding it in my hand. But I have to cut off the star because the foil knife is almost impossible to pull out by hand - I could only pull it out with needle nose pliers. So if you can't live without a foil cutter, I'd recommend using a more traditional corkscrew instead.

I bought two blue/yellow ones. The first one broke and had to be replaced. My second one broke two days ago. I love these corkscrews, but the plastic just can't take the stress of removing the cork. Other than that, it's a great bottle opener even without the corkscrew attached.

Absolutely awful. I bought this product while on vacation. One of the most expensive corkscrews I have ever bought and by far the worst. I would have better luck opening the wine with a toothpick. Flimsy doesn't even begin to describe how awful it is. Don't waste your money on a cute parrot trick, you'll regret it.
