Excellent Customer Service - Great Software

The customer support team is amazing! They always have a smile on their face and are very helpful. I love how they can talk you through your issues as if you were right there in front of them. Sometimes it's hard to understand what they're saying but that's okay because they are so friendly and knowledgeable. I wish we could use the software for more than just one job. We have used it for two jobs now and we would like to be able to use it for more. If you are looking for great customer service

Pros
  • Customer Service
  • Software
  • Easy Useability / Very User Friendly; easy interface.
  • Great Company, never too busy with work loads or customers
Cons
  • Some difficulties

A good and helpful option during our first business days

We had several problems that we were solving as far back in time I can remember! They helped us do just about everything from document management (including scanning) all through email marketing campaigns for local businesses. The interface was not easy at times but they did what needed doing very well indeed over many years until eventually it became too difficult to use them anymore - even when you could find someone who knew how things worked or where documents resided etc.. It's hard work…

Pros
  • plus much else besides..? : )
Cons
  • Almost never
