the new lock looks great but after only three months of use the lock has fallen apart and is rusting out. Very disappointed, not everyone will buy this product again

All in one. I have several trailers with a 2" ball and 2 closed trailers with 2 5/16 balls. With this coupling you can easily connect balls of different sizes and trailer drawbar heights. Nice design, you just need an anti-theft padlock and you can put the ball under the truck so you don't bang your shin!

The package was exactly what I was looking for. The lock has a coating that I expect will resist corrosion for a long time. The quality is very good and the addition of the spacer allowed me to fit the hitch plug I bought earlier and make it more comfortable with the one I already had. The product arrived fine and initially worked well. A lock and pin were installed on the rear bumper hitch of a stock trailer for a week outdoors in normal 70F weather with no rain in California. Went to open for a ride and the key kept turning to find it never opened just spun around and over again and was then able to get the key and lock barrel out! The receiver lock is very easy to install and use. He seems well built. The muffler pad does a great job of keeping the hitch firm and quiet as advertised. It was difficult to install the muffler cover. The padding makes the hitch so tight that it was very difficult to slide the receiver lock through the hole in the receiver and hitch.
