Hard to see on black paper.

I am new to using stamps so I wasn't sure what products to use. I knew I needed gold ink to use my stamps on black paper. It did not work. The gold isn't bright enough and hardly shows up, I haven't tested it on white paper. I'm sure it would have been good on white, maybe not as bright as you might expect but definitely better than black which wasn't great.

Pros
  • Dries naturally on parchment, glossy card and many other surfaces
Cons
  • Nothing

Easily removed from plastic and shiny surfaces.

The reason I give 3 stars is because the ink is really watery and not that thick. If you apply them to a glossy surface, the ink will rub off. don't think it's waterproof like other people have said in the reviews. And I don't think it's good for plastic labels either.

Pros
  • High quality ink pad from Tsukineko, the world's leading manufacturer of colored ink pads for art supplies; Ink available (sold separately) to upgrade the ink pad as needed
Cons
  • No power

Not suitable for small parts

I brought this stamping ink with me bought fine details, but she is quite fluid and uneven. It's not unusable - I think with a little care it would stamp well, but it's too wet in some places and not wet enough in others. This was a little disappointing compared to the Archival Inks I bought from Library Green, which gave me super accurate, dry lines every time. Archival Ink doesn't have gold though, so I'm still glad to have this one.

Pros
  • Also included: Plastic inner lining to protect the pad from drying out; Try the color on the stickers (included) and apply to the side of the block for quick and easy color identification when the blocks are stacked on top of each other
Cons
  • So far so good

Beautiful sparkling gold ink

I like the quality of this stamp pad, although I wish the ink was more opaque. The finish is a beautiful translucent shimmering gold and the drying time is highly dependent on the paper type. My stamped images on cards took a full day to fully dry, but it didn't take long on other paper. If you touch or fold them they will smudge, so I recommend making a tester at the beginning of your project to see how dry the project is so you don't smear the final project.

Pros
  • Wide range of pearlescent and matte pigment inks, choose from 34 eye-catching colors
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
