Stylish and Durable: TuffRider Kid's 💪 Baroque Front Zip Paddock Boots with Metal Zipper Review

My daughter has wide feet and I have to say she is very picky about shoes. They are made of high quality leather and fit your foot perfectly. She wants to wear them everywhere, not just when riding. (For reference, she is almost 8 years old, wears Adidas 1.5 sneakers, she has 2 sizes Tuffrider boots and they fit perfectly with some room maybe less than 1cm for height).

My 6 year old daughter came home from Girl Scout camp and was talking about zip front boots. Ordered them and they were her favorite shoes for a full 6 months. Loves her. After 6 months of daily use she finally wore the heel. And that's after a lot of sidewalk time at school, don't complain. I've ordered a few more. The zipper and the elastic have survived the outsole!

My daughter and I started riding a few months ago and we both ordered this brand of racing boots as I didn't want to spend a lot in case it didn't work out. We've been using it since April, everything is fine! They're super comfy, not a lot of time to break them and they worked great running around the barn and getting a bit wet stepping on all kinds of fun lol.

It took me ages to break them in but when I did they are fantastic. I usually go 8 1/2, but I had to take 9 sts. I had to wear them 2 days without a zip, then we got 1 zip and the next day another zip. A week later in everyday life (1-2 hours a day) and they are so comfortable and now they are closing and they were worth breaking in on time. They are comfortable to drive and easy to carry even at campsites. Cute with jeans or my breeches. I hope they will be worn for years.

This is a good paddock boot. I've worn Ariat in the past (although it's been at least 7 years) and never found them very comfortable. I rode them for the first time today and they were great - non-stop really. They have a good comfortable insole, the zipper feels very strong, the leather is soft but not without structure. I was pleasantly surprised with these boots. Sizing wise I usually wear between a 7.5 and 8 and based on the reviews here I ordered a 7.5. They fit perfectly, with a little extra room for thicker socks in winter. The ankle is a little tight - I would say my ankles are medium sized but maybe thinner. So that might be a problem for some.
