Very short landing does not close the stern!

These swimming shorts are too short for my son's bottom. He is small but muscular. The swim shorts are definitely oddly proportioned as the legs are a bit loose making them too small and too big at the same time. Too bad because the prints are funny. Elsewhere, cheaper and more suitable options are available.

Definitely make it bigger!

I read the previous reviews and knew I should go up a size. I didn't expect the shorts to be even smaller. I have a very solid 5 year old and probably won't be wearing them next summer unless he has a significant growth spurt and starts to lose weight. The material seems to be holding up well. We used shorts for swim lessons so this is a chlorinated pool where we spend a lot of time. Soon we will be on vacation and he will also be exposed to the sun. Great stems! Please increase the size as they are very small!

A 7 year old (usually wearing a medium top and 8H bottoms) wears a size 11/12 and could probably use a size 13/14 for more growth room but legs would probably be too big for a long time . I cut out the mesh lining because it went up and the instep was too short. My son has complained that the lining is uncomfortable and the suit slides down to reveal a tear! Removing the liner greatly improved the fit and now he loves it. So I would buy them again and remove the lining because I don't like the…
