🚗 TUPARTS Throttle Position Sensor TPS 5017479AA 5014479AA for Dodge Dakota, Dodge Durango, Dodge Ram 1500, Dodge Ram 2500, Jeep Grand Cherokee (1995-2007) Review

Worked at first but now my scanner says it's not working properly. Need to clean the plug and hope it works properly. Not sure what else it could be.

End cap deforms and does not fit. The sensor is plugged in correctly, but in the wrong connector. This may require some filing or tweaking, but I don't have time to order yet. Another bad part of Revain.

Thought this would fix my rough idle on my 5.9L Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie but it actually caused a P0121 Throttle Position Sensor Error which I didn't did. have with the old sensor and force the idle to go up and stay in park or neutral at 1500-2000 rpm.

This particular Throttle Position Sensor was exactly the part I needed for my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4.7L. The sensor was easy to install and a perfect fit. The truck started immediately and idled as it should. During the test drive, the gearbox shifted smoothly, just as it should! The problem is solved! I would recommend this brand to anyone in need of a TPS replacement.

Before fitting this product, ensure that your 2000 Dodge Dakota or similar vehicle does not require a gasket. Also make sure the rubber o-ring is where the old TPS was removed.- The light came on and I had to reinstall and disconnect the battery 3 times. - Disconnecting the battery is necessary to reset the code. because it works great. Overall a fantastic product for the price.

I'm embarrassed to put a Chinese sensor in an American setup (2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7L V8) but I've driven almost 2500 km and no problems. Works as expected and solved the over voltage problem I had at 50mph (annoying AF and gas mileage). Looks just like the OEM, not the $60 MOPAR wanted. Comes with a gasket, so be sure to remove the old one (which I didn't do the first time, oops) before installing it. MOPAR=Mo' Details. Thank you China

Mine didn't work. He claimed he was out of range or possibly something else. I know that trying to control it returned the code. It was scraped three times and when I tried to accelerate it seemed very doggy. Anyway I got my old one back and it had much better performance and no codes although I want the new one to work properly so I don't have weird downtime I stick with the old no code and in too from time to time able to actually accelerate.

2006 Jeep Commander 4.7L V8. I had engine codes as well as engine revs spikes at idle, very fast idle on cold starts, weird shifting at low speed, no load. Research has pointed to the throttle position sensor as a possible cause. Due to the low cost of this non-branded part and the ease of interchangeability (and the convenience of following the process on Youtube first), I went further. This part seems to have cured diseases. CEL has been down for a few days since I changed it and it's working
