I like that it has all of my patient information right at hand, so I can see what's going on with them without having to search through their file or email for past records. The fact that our EMR isn't compatible with this product makes me sad because we could be using one instead of two separate programs. The most helpful part of turbo doc was being able to access patient data that would otherwise be difficult or impossible for myself, such as when I'm not directly with my patients but still need their information at every provider's appointment/visit! The ease of access for patient information when you need it, as well as being able to quickly search by diagnosis or procedure codes makes this software easy to use! This program has been very helpful with our department's workflow especially during busy times like at Thanksgiving time where we are seeing many patients per day which helps us keep up good flow throughout clinic/office visits. I like that it's easy for me as my secretary, because everything can be done from home or work with ease! It also has all of our patient information right at your fingertips so we don't have any problems when filling out paperwork/forms etc., which helps us run more efficiently during busy times (i'm sure this would not apply if you're working elsewhere).
