The most helpful part of turbo doc was being able to access patient data that would otherwise be difficult or impossible for myself, such as when I'm not directly with my patients but still need their information at every provider's appointment/visit! There are some things about this software which can become obsolete quickly (and have no easy way out), like when you're trying something new (maybe it wasn't working) they might say "you'll get used to it" -- well yes we will eventually so why did nobody tell us how? You'd think if there was anything truly terrible about our experience using turbo Doc that someone who could change everything around wouldn't leave themselves open to criticism by saying what worked perfectly fine before now isn't available anymore. If your organization has computerized records - especially EMRs - then getting organized is key whether its keeping track of appointments for yourself or others' schedules.
