Great for Thanksgiving and other holiday turkeys. Cooks in half the time & delivers heat and moisture to the inside. Cooks a 6-pound chicken in 45 minutes. Cooks a 25-pound turkey in about two hours. Cooks tender and juicy without drying out.

There is nothing cleaner than condensed vapor

This item was not purchased for its intended purpose/design but as an emergency method of distilling water from contaminated sources in an emergency.

Waste of money on dishes

The bird has come out no better than a regular roast and this contraption only adds to the hassle of the process, including care and cleaning. Learn from my example: Don't believe in the potential that this trick promises.

Works perfectly. Reduced cooking time, although not by much.

Works great. Reduced cook time, although not as much as advertised, but it still gets out of hand sooner. Roast turkey in brine and one of the wraps and brine is the way to go, although the turbo roast moisture is undeniable with unsalted turkey.
