This is a slightly shiny cheap plastic leather with a shiny blue cross embossed on the end which is not in the picture. If you're a Christian and want to announce this on your spurs, that's fine, but if you're not, these spurs may not be for you.

I just received these and noticed they have a religious symbol on them. No such symbol is shown or marked on the product page. Even if I believed so little in God that I joined a commercial religion, the resulting design scheme is disgusting! turquoise on brown? What a shame to send to someone's home! And after they take their money!

I don't like to write reviews, but I read them. The belt style headgear is really great! It's a darker color with slightly lighter instrumentation. The color is dark. The skin looks very good so far. It's soft leather. Perfect fit for my horse. I had to drill a few extra holes to fit the smaller order, but that's okay. Definitely consider buying another one!

Ideal as spurs for children. Couldn't button them up my ladies Ariats. To use them, you need to drill or punch another hole. Personal issue: There are crosses stamped on the end of the strap. I don't like crosses that are used for decorative purposes and I don't like seeing them somewhere where they can get dirty. Like the heel of my boot when I'm riding or walking in the barn. I wouldn't buy if I saw it. The rest is high quality and well made.
