Taking away a one star because when we opened the package they were not as shown on the video the motors were just dangling hanging by the chords The Wire ties were broken off and it was not an easy chore to move them or assemble them it takes two extremely strong individuals to be able to move that thing without damaging it once its put together. Once you have it all together and in place it works extremely well it's extremely sturdy and I'm very pleased

Was very easy to assemble. Me and my 13 year old did it. It was a little heave to turn over but that's to be expected so does need 2 people to completely assemble. It's easy to use with the remote control.

After reviewing several of these adjustable beds I purchased this frame. The frame was for my 15 year old son so i wanted something sturdy. I honestly was shocked at how sturdy the frame was. So thankful for this bed. Dealing with chronic pain is a lot but adding pregnancy on top of that makes things much worse at times. This bed helps with getting up, relaxing, and sleeping through the night which is huge!

Husband did it all himself. easy to assemble. the wait to get here was a little long but worth it. Told everyone I know to get one!

It was difficult to put together alone. I didn't have a helper. Some of the pieces were difficult but became easier after viewing the video.After accomplishing the build, the relaxation part was divine.

I ordered a king size when it was assembled it was way to narrow for my bed frame it would fit in a queen size. See pic. Had this much space on both sides of bed

The lifting piston was partially extended preventing proper assembly. I had to rig-up the wiring to retract the piston before assembly could be completed. After about 2 or 3 weeks, I moved a TV into the bedroom and put the bed into a sitting position. It sat higher than I thought it would, almost chair - like. Great for TV viewing. We bought this for a new sleep number. Works great, heavy duty material. A bit heavy carrying upstairs. A nice alternative in price than buying the two thousand dollar version through sleep number.

Well made, easy to assemble (came mostly assembled!) sturdy, comfortable. It def takes two people to do the heavy lifting parts of the job - moving the box and flipping the final product. Very happy with this decision.

Delivered early to new house. Could have been bad news but worked well. Had to wait for some delivery guys to bring it in. Slid out of box easy. Setup was easy. Not too difficult to flip over (anything larger than a twin and I would have needed help). Took a couple of days to get use to it but it is worth every penny for the reflux relief.

What a dream come true when using this bed frame. It’s very quiet and powerful. Easy to use. Like other reviews this thing is very very heavy to build. I felt their written directions were horrible but watched their video on how to build and it was a breeze.

My queen size come in one box of 134 Lbs. folded in half and hold it together by two bolts with washers and nuts and by remove them and carefully FIRST unplug the wire I show in the picture and by doing this I was able to carry them one half at a time upstairs by myself and I am almost 70 years old.

While the metal base did not fit into my existing bed frame due to center bar and thus had to be disassembled, bummer. The mechanical base was a breeze to assemble. I can not get enough of the soothing sound of the electrical motors articulating head and foot support, with it's crips and soothing humm. I like it. I need it so I can keep my acid reflux at bay over night. It’s helping.I didn’t get a user manual with it though, which I would like to have sent to me.Btw, my brothers are very handy and managed to assemble the base without the manual. Yes, I’m lucky!
