The ease of navigating across screens to perform multiple tasks at once. It's a very robust tool that makes it easy to do analysis using multiple sources. I wish there was an option to create dashboards so that users could easily access them. It would be helpful to have more options to customize screens. I like how easy it was to create survey templates with this software! The customer service can be slow at times but they are getting better every day which makes me appreciate them more as time goes by (which does come faster than you think!). This program has done wonders in my office when creating marketing materials or sending out email blasts using their template feature that allows us all of our departments input into one document before we send off an update/blast mail etc.. I like that it has an easy to use interface with filters and sorting options. It's also very flexible! There are some limitations in the text editor but it's not too difficult to work around. If you're looking for something simple and easy to use, this is a good option. We have been using it for several years now and we've never had any problems.
