This item worked great when I installed it with the fan motor resistor I purchased separately and it has continued to work since. I bought the fan in December 2013 and installed it in January 2014. It's now June 2014 and it continues to work great. The part looked almost identical to the original and fitted perfectly. It also came with a side breather tube which I didn't install because the original tube on my car was still fine.
