Our family, especially my daughter and I LOVE this detergent. It is very concentrated and the scent lingers LONG after washing clothes. That's the best price I've seen for a whole gallon. My best advice is because this is an expensive detergent. If you're using it for more than just delicate laundry, like laundry for the whole family, mix HALF the recommended amount with regular, unscented detergent. I received it today and I don't know the product. I ignored the negative reviews thinking it had so many good reviews. It's like pouring water out of a vessel. The product has no thickness and is like the bubble mix you make for kids to make bubbles with dish soap. I ordered two flavors. Diva smelled good. High Maintenance smelled like bug spray. I did a lot of washing and spilled too much detergent due to its consistency. I say this because there was no odor on the clothes when they were taken
