My worst horrible experience so far

I would give zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered this product for my mother-in-law. It may not have a phone cord, so I had to find an old cord and use that. Then after we plugged it in the phone got a dial tone but didn't hang up. Even if you pressed the call button, you could not stop the phone from ringing. This article was an absolute flop! My best experiences have been movies, not merchandise. Anyway, I hope this is informative.

Ease of use and size

I bought this phone for my desktop landline and it fits perfectly in size, sound quality both speakerphone and speakerphone, also the redial button works fine. My only complaint is that the included instructions are poorly written on how to actually set up the three memory buttons M1, M2, M3 to automatically recall stored numbers. Better than a phone I recently returned to a retail store that had too many complicated buttons and didn't work. I am satisfied with Tyler TBBP-3-WH

Bought for mom for phones and accessories

Bought for mom who lives in a nursing home and can't call people anymore because her hands are shaking. Not only that, the phones they have at home have all the electronics and mechanics, including the buttons: that meant she had a hard time getting it to her ear because it was heavy, and she often accidentally dies Keys pressed with her ear, sometimes even the call was disconnected. It is easy for them to dial this phone and the handset is light and easy to hold. She loves it! If not I will…

GREAT PHONE! in Telephones and Accessories

I was looking for a phone for my grandparents because it is becoming increasingly difficult for them to see the smaller numbers on phones that are sold these days, especially with advancements in technology. It was therefore important to me that I buy them a phone with large numbers, loud volume and good quality for emergencies, but of course also to ensure that they can make calls on a daily basis. I was hesitant to buy it due to some negative reviews I read before buying but after my…

Rheumatoid Arthritis Friend

Bobbi lives in a nursing home and has reached a point in her life where her body is against her. This phone helps. The buttons are huge, but the two buttons it cares about aren't obvious at first: the HF button. HF stands for "Hands Free". This is a button that does NOT require picking up the handset (conventional, portable) and using it. The M1, M2 and/or M3 buttons at the top are used to store your daughter's phone number so she doesn't have to remember it. or force their hands to collect it.

Pros
  • Decent Job
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Other

The phone itself was what I expected for the price. Not great, but not the worst either. I bought it for the large buttons and speakerphone while my elderly mom was in rehab and needed an easier to use room phone. The problem with answering the calls themselves became apparent after I brought them and that home from rehab and hooked them up at home. I'm not sure if the problem was one of the two phones sharing a phone line (separate jacks) or if it is related to my phone, it's VOIP coming in…
