Terrible quality turntable

When I tried this product I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The sound was scratchy and the needle constantly skipped. The only positive was the built-in preamplifier, but it couldn`t make up for the poor performance. Electronics today offer better quality turntables for the same price .don't waste your money on this one..

Great sound, solid design.

After my record collection finally hit three figures, I decided it was time to upgrade my sub-$100 Target turntable. After much research into the $300-$500 price range, I settled on the U-Turn Orbit Plus with preamp. My god, I don't know why I've waited so long. Clean, minimalist design, crisp sound with long range. I won't go into the technical details as I feel other reviews of this chart provide more than enough detail.
