Good product, SMALL samples. They must be in full size. I would give 5☆ for life size samples. It's hard to tell if the portrait detail will look good on these small pieces.

All the options for your test to see what kind of sandpaper you like. I like 240 as I use layers and layers of hard to soft pastels with highlights.

I had never tried sandpaper for colored pencils until I read about another artist who liked this product. The trial set is great for trying out different cereals. I've only used one of the sheets so far and can't wait to try the others. I'm completely sold. Now I just have to decide which one I prefer. It's like a new lease on creativity. Great way to try a new product.

I've been looking for a new source for Wallis Sanded Paper pastels is no more available. I'm now a fan of UArt paper and so glad I bought this collection as I wasn't sure what sand grit to use or if any grit would work for me. UArt paper is just as good as Wallis, maybe better because unlike Wallis, UArt has more grit to choose from.

A beautiful thing. I appreciate the opportunity to try different grits of sandpaper. The size of the leaves is smaller than "standard”, but this does not detract from the quality of the attempt. I will definitely be ordering more of this beautiful paper. For me, I think 400 and 500 grit work best until I move on to harder work (and until I can afford to use the material faster!).
