Big money savings: Metalworking and general purpose drill bits

I work in the HVAC industry and it helps me to make pilot holes for UV filter systems or to test static pressure. Very good for the price. Months went by and I used the same one, but almost daily. Great money saver

Pros
  • Drill #1 = 1/4-3/4 (9 steps) Drill #2 = 1/8-1/2 (13 steps) Drill #3 = 3/16-1 /2 (6 steps)
Cons
  • Older Questionable Purchase

Very useful in the workshop and even profitable.

For a long time I resisted using step drills. I don't even remember why. But I'm glad I put that behind me because every workshop needs them. I've used drills and drill bits to create holes in the past and depending on the material they can be decent or a disaster. Step drills make beautiful holes, nice, neat and clean. They are particularly practical thanks to the 1/4" quick-change shank.

Pros
  • Set contains 3 different bits
Cons
  • No automatic
