Probably the best size for carrying coins. any larger and full bag of coins would really be too heavy to carry. great design. Coins or contents will not break through the floor.

I was afraid that the flat bottomed bag might not be as durable. However, the front, bottom and back of the bag are formed from a continuous piece of canvas with narrow side panels sewn together. I stuffed over 30 pounds of coins into this "medium sized" bag, picked it up by the strings and rocked it like a weight a few times with no sign of weakness or tearing. Very sturdy bag, especially for the price!

I didn't buy them for their intended purpose - I'll say right away. My dog loves deep grunting pig toys, which I love too because her squeakers drive me nuts, but she literally destroys them in minutes. So I bought cloth bags and put the pig in the bag.
