🖊️ UCHIDA 483-C-0 Bistro Chalk Marker with White Chisel Tip Review

At first I really liked this chalk marker and when using it on the blackboard I found it easy to erase any mistakes with a tissue paper and some water. About a week later I try to erase what is on my whiteboard and it WILL NOT CONNECT. The marker leaves a white tint where you can still see what was previously written. I've tried cleaning it with various means and it still won't come off. Most likely I'll have to part with this board now. Save your money!

Writes nicely but doesn't rub off like chalk. I made a chalkboard with chalk paint for a wedding decoration. I went to have the marker removed at the end of the day and it didn't rub off. I've tried wiping with rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover and tons of scrapers and it still doesn't rub off. I didn't have this problem with real chalk or other chalk markers. Definitely not on par with the fickleness of chalk. Photo after repeated deletion attempts.

I received this item in a short time so I was happy about it; but that was where my satisfaction ended. DO NOT WRITE. Not sure if it's branded or what but paying for a useless product right away is really ridiculous. UPDATE: The seller read my review and sent me a new marker to replace the one that didn't work. They offered either a refund or a replacement. I decided to take the last option. Wonderful customer service and I will definitely buy from this seller again! The new marker works great.
