I took this item out of the box and tried to attach the legs and set it up and immediately one of the legs fell apart. They are two pieces of material taped together at the bend, which just doesn't work. In general, the item is of poor quality. I bought another screen for a very similar price and am very happy with it.

*EDIT* I received a replacement screen from a seller about two weeks ago. I am happy to say that the replacement works very well. I have only one problem with this screen, but that may well be my misunderstanding. The video shows that you can press the light button to flip/rotate/etc, but the button only disables the backlog. Otherwise it works great with my Pi 4B. No special setup, just turn on the screen, connect to the board and you're done. Original Review: Just received today. Deferring it

I use several of these for a small video wall display. They seem to work well for this purpose. The biggest reason I'm happy with them is that I can reverse the image with a button on the device. As for the touch part, it seems a little off, but I don't use the touch part, maybe there's a calibration for that somewhere? The price was right and it works the way I need it.

I have this screen in my PC case for use as a PC stats/performance monitor and so far so good. The resolution is excellent and it's the only 7 inch screen I've been able to find with an HDMI port on the horizontal side. The only downside I have is that the micro USB port that powers the screen isn't on the horizontal side and the light comes out at the edge of one of the sides of the screen.

Nice little screen. Crisp resolution with low frame ghosting. In the end I decided to return it because it was too small for my project.

This display worked straight away with a Raspberry Pi 3B. Managed to connect to the Pi's USB port and power it from the Pi. No problem. Haven't used it long enough for 5 stars. That's the only reason for 4 at the moment!

Tried to connect monitor to laptop with HDMI cable. The monitor works perfectly. However, when it comes to testing a Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) running a Raspberry Pi OS connected with a micro HDMI to HDMI adapter. The monitor was actually receiving something as there was no "No Signal" popup and just a blank screen. The Pi has been tested with a different monitor and boots into the OS with no problems.

No stand was included, the acrylic frame is ridiculously flimsy. The device connects via USB, which ultimately destroys your devices.

I wouldn't say it's for gaming, but it's a good screen. No problems connecting to pi4. The only thing I don't like is that the ribbon cable protrudes a bit beyond the frame at the front. Image creation a bit difficult

Very good screen but trouble setting up with Raspberry Pi and Octoscreen. After a few hours of fiddling, everything worked. Only works on the micro HDMI closest to the power jack on the pi4. I hit my head briefly. The only complaint I have is that the button that rotates the screen 180 degrees is broken. This isn't a deal breaker though, I can still get it to work by connecting two wires together. One nice thing is that thingiverse has a case/stand design that I was able to modify fairly easily

There is no proper documentation for this display. When you connect it to the Raspberry Pi 4b, the resolution is 1920 x 1080 and scaled to fit the display. All the documentation on the uctronics github page says the display is 1024x768 and the said documentation fails to properly set the display resolution. The touchscreen always turns off about 4 centimeters below where you touch it with your finger.

This monitor is terrible. The first week went well. Now I get "No Signla" 90% of the time. I use it with my raspberry pi which works great with all my other monitors. So I have to restart again and again until it works. I wouldn't buy it, it's a waste of money

Great little screen that works great with the Pi, the touchscreen is responsive and accurate. I need to connect my Pi to my computer monitor to adjust its resolution to this screen. One small issue is that the HDMI male to male solder joints were basically dry and it didn't work, quick soldering and it was ok. So if you have trouble with that, check the solder joints

I really like the quality of this product but it had a damaged button on arrival. Can't tell, it turns on I think because of the button but other than that it seems to work fine.
