This cue tip tool looks like the original but is made of hard plastic instead of metal. It still does the job for the most part, but I'd prefer brass.

Didn't know it was plastic. For the price I was expecting metal and should have read more. my fault But the plastic is of normal quality if we talk about plastic.

This tip used to be the best you could buy, now it's plastic so trying to use the buffing function isn't as good as the old metal tips. The box says "Original" but I believe the original is metal. I'm really disappointed and will buy another product that is actually metal.

I bought one of these for my son 3-4 years ago so I thought I knew what I was doing WRONG! It used to be a great aluminum alloy tool. Unfortunately no longer. Well, these are cheap pieces of plastic that are too flexible to be useful. Too bad I bought two too. I had to go back to Revain and buy two original aluminum ones. I think one star is ok because I didn't read the description.
