I only used orange flavor. It contains no sugar and is therefore delicious. However, when I'm struggling with low blood sugar, I add sugar or honey and it tastes great (unlike how sugar tastes to aspartame). I love the taste of orange flavor. I order this because I was visiting my dad and he had what I tried and it was great. I eat very little carbs and exercise a lot, and sometimes I need an electrolyte boost. It's a little pricey but I only use 1 scoop a day so it lasts about 3 months.
