This jacket from Under Armor is lightweight, sporty and true to size (14-16). It's really between 10-12 and 14-16, so it's a bit loose. This is for my just turned 11 year old who is an average weight and height. Not a hoodie, not waterproof but will keep you warm on a chilly day. My son loves it, it washes and dries well.

This is a good lightweight jacket. It's pretty thin and doesn't appear to be waterproof. It will block the cool wind. It's well built. Lightning glides well. The seams look even. The logo is not too flashy. The size appears to be accurate. Overall a good jacket.

My daughter is a big fan of UA while I tend to think their products are good but overpriced. This jacket didn't change either of us. My daughter is a YL size and that's exactly what we got. It suits her well with a little oddity. For us, the main problem is that the shoulders appear narrow. Not critical, but a little irritating on her armpits because of that. I chose this jacket for my almost 12 year old son but after trying it on we were not sold. First, the length of the arm is very large compared to the waist. My son is of average height for his age but thin. The length of this jacket is barely long enough for his torso but as you can see from the photo the sleeves are too long for his arms.
