My 10 year old Peanut son is only about 63 pounds! Here in New England it freezes in cold weather. The last month has been pretty rough, the weather dropping to 20 degrees Fahrenheit in the mornings for school. He also usually only wears a long-sleeved t-shirt under his coat.
